Shigmo is the festivals of color that are celebrated annually in the beginning of spring season in Goa. This festival is followed by the celebration of Holi. This year Goa government of Goa is organizing the Food and Cultural Festival that will take place just after the completion of Shigmo. Shigmo that began on 24th March will continue till April 7 while the Food and Cultural Festival is supposed to take place from April 6 to 10. Here are the complete details on both the festivals.
