Most of the crossroads and junctions in Goa does not have the traffic signals and police personnel to keep the vigil on the rash and negligent driving. It is only when the accidents take place police comes into the picture to register the case and doing panchanama. The system needs the change. Instead of talking about the subjects that matter only for the elections the public representatives now needs to come out with the solution for the deteriorating roads and traffic conditions in Goa.
