Goa State Legislative Assembly deputy speaker Mr. Vishnu Wagh has suffered another cardiac arrest last night and has been hospitalized. Doctors said he has been kept under observation right now. This is the second cardiac arrest Mr. Wagh has suffered since May 2016. Read the complete report here.

The doctors have said that his condition is serious and he has been kept under the observation. “Wagh is admitted since last night in the hospital due to a cardiac problem. A team of doctors is attending on him. He is under observation right now,” Medical Superintendent, GMCH told reporters.
The writer turned BJP MLA of St. Andre constituency who was attending the Independence Day celebration at the Kala Academy in Panaji on Sunday evening started feeling uneasy and when he complained of the chest pain he was immediately rushed to the GMCH.
Earlier in the month of May Mr. Wagh had suffered a heart attack while attending the public function at Panaji and then he was admitted to GMC. In GMC last he had to go through angioplasty and then doctors had advised him the complete rest and proper diet.
The second attack has come out to be a serious concern to his family members said the sources. Mr. Wagh is the strong man in the Goa Legislative Assembly and he is been very active in the Marathi Rajbhasha movement. Recently he had supported the Marathi official language resolution that has been passed in the assembly.
