As said by the police Inspector Uday Parab, “The accused was arrested after the doctor formally lodged a complaint at outpost located in the GMC.”

It appears that the accused was unhappy with the treatment given to her daughter in the ward by Doctor Nishad Rashid Abdul. Her daughter was suffering from some breathing problem when she was brought to the hospital by an accused.
