Ms. Minerva Jain is a Hospitality Trainer and Coach. She is a Graduate from Homesglen Tafe, Australia and have over 10 years of experience in Hospitality from Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs and Lounges that includes Training Staff of all chief departments from Front Office, Marketing, Public Relations, Online Marketing , Customer Service, Customer Complaints, Guest Service, Overall Management, Personality Development and Positive Attitude Interview Skills , Improving House Keeping ,Training Mangers , Media Planning and  Social Media are few of the elements I am skilled at.

She has started her career from Public Relations and Counsellor position in 2005 followed by diverse positions which she held strongly and worked with eminent places in Chandigarh in Hospitality and ultimately moved to Goa few years back and held the position of General Manager for two different star resorts in Goa where she closely worked with each department and provided her extensive range of experience and training.
