We have come across unexplored beaches that were not known to even many people in Puducherry. Puducherry, known for its spiritual ambiance with the presence of Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville, will have more beaches in the next four or five years and will beat Goa in many ways in the years to come,” Bedi said.

She outlined the importance of adapting to the different situations and setting goals for employees of the private sector to succeed in the ever-competitive business world.

The coffee table book is one of a kind publication that profiles the smart workplaces of Tamil Nadu in 2016 and recognizes the leading employer brands of the state. The book highlights their value proposition, learning and development, work-life balance, health and wellness, employee engagement initiatives and other reward mechanisms that keep an employee involved and satisfied.

The companies featured in the book are Access Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Ajuba Solutions, Consul Neowatt, Episource, Equiniti India, Focus Infotech, GMMCO Ltd, Leeyo Solutions, Lennox India Technology Centre, Schneider Electric, Shriram Value Services, Velammal Trust and Zifo RnD Solutions.
