Nupur Technology a diversified business entity has launched their second restaurant project at Vasco Residency. According to Mr. Ravi Sonar who is one of the promoters in the “Spice Oasis” restaurant, this is their second project the first one is the franchisee of Niyaz situated at Panaji. Though Mr. Sonar is not from hospitality background but he still has confidence in managing the restaurant “I am from networking and computer hardware field but we have full fledged catering staff with more than 10 years of experience and we have full confidence on them”
The “Spice Oasis” was inaugurated by the Hon. speaker of Goa assembly Mr. Rajendra Arlekar in distinguish presence of Shri Nilesh Cabral, Chairman GTDC and Shri Nikhil Desai, MD GTDC. The Spice Oasis is the fine dine family restaurant with Live Table Grill concept, serving Veg, non-veg multi cuisine specialty food. Their menu comprises of Ala-Carte and Set Table Menu. Ala-Carte menu will have price range of Rs.149 to Rs.349 serving National, Oriental and International cuisine. The Unlimited table set menu is available for minimum 4 pax. Starting with Veg Menu @Rs. 249/- while Non-Veg Menu will cost Rs. 349/- which comprises of Chicken / Mutton delicacies, the third menu is Maharaja Sea Food specialty which is priced at Rs. 549/- per person.
“it’s alive grill restaurant wherein Ala Carte and Buffet will be made available to the guest. Buffet rates will start from 249/- onwards while ala-carte will start from 149/- onwards.” Said Mr. Sonar “the menu of buffet will change every day basis, the guest will not have same stuff which he had previous day” When asked why they are insisting on 4px for buffet Mr. Sonar said “since it is the new concept we want to keep it like this till we are sure of good footfall and by the end of month we might change the policy but as of now less than 4 pax will have to opt for the Ala-carte menu”
The Spice Oasis will also be launching their Food Dude Kiosk in the same property on 13th April 2015 which will feature the street food stalls like Delhi Chat, Mumbai Pav Bhaji & Wada Pav, Lebanese Shawarma, Italian Pastas/Pizza, Burgers, Sandwich, Fresh fruit and Veg Juices , Falooda and Ice cream. The Spice Oasis chef team is having almost 10 years experience in the food industry, and there is a special inaugural discount of 10% on the food & beverages and special beer bucket of 5 beers mentioned the promoter of Spice Oasis.
