The advancement of science and technology is one of the biggest blessings to the human race along with all its shortcomings, development of advanced military system has already paved the way of mass human destruction, we are sitting on the tip of volcano which is waiting to erupt. To add to this now America has developed another super bullet which will change its direction depending on the position of the target. You do not need to be a sharpshooter any more to hit the bull’s eye. This will make the target easier and novice will be able to shoot the target.
According to the news published in the Indian Express and other newspapers in US have confirmed the existence of such bullets, according to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) In February, the .50 caliber projectiles equipped with optical sensors known as the “smart bullets” has passed their most successful round of live-fire tests to date, In the tests, an experienced marksman “repeatedly hit moving and evading targets,” a DARPA statement said. “Additionally, a novice shooter using the system for the first time hit a moving target. In other words, now you do not even have to be a good shot to hit the mark,” the statement said.
The system has been developed by DARPA’s Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordnance programme, known as EXACTO. Watch the video here

According the US defence Department the bullet is using the fins built into the shell to direct it in the air and account for wind and targets moving. This new technology known as Exacto (The Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordnance weapon) has been developed by the American company Teledyne Technologies. The firm is making the bullet for the American government’s military research agency, Darpa. A video presentation made by the company shows the multiple firing of the bullets off the target deliberately swings back in towards the target and hits.
The company involved into the development of these bullets has not disclosed the actual secret behind its working but it is presumed to have small fins that re-direct the path, once the sniper points the laser beam at the target the bullet follows as it moves through the air. This new technology gets rid of the complicated adjustments that snipers had to make for the wind weather, the dip of the bullet as it flies through the air and any movement by the target, and could mean that snipers’ targets could be hit from much further away.
It may be too early to predict anything but the truth is that American army has very powerful weapons ready to use anytime against the opponents. There is possibility that it may not be out of reach of the Mafia and criminals who would surely become more powerful with this kind of powerful killing machine Just like AK47 once upon a time.
