The minor rape survivor who had alleged of being raped by the St. Cruz legislature Babush Monseratte now claims that she was also molested by her stepfather on the various occasions. The minor victim who was allegedly raped by the legislature after she was allegedly sold by her stepmother and neighbour aunty has something more to tell to the investigation team now. After the allegations of the rape survivor against her stepmother and the neighbour aunty for selling her to the legislature for rupees 50 lakh has revealed more details about her exploitation by her stepfather.

According to the minor victim, she had been molested by her stepfather on several occasions. The sources in the police have revealed that the minor girl in her statement to the police has alleged that her stepfather used to touch her inappropriately and that was the reason she did not want to go back home after her alleged rape by the legislature.

She narrated that she did not like the behavior of her step father when at one occasion he caught her tight from the back. “He also caught me tight once from the back, ” she told the police.

In her statement to the police, she said that when she went home following her alleged rape she had a heated argument with her step-mother following to which she went to stay at her friend’s place. She also told the police that when her mother came searching for her she told her that she is not coming back home since she wanted to avoid her stepfather.

There are many things that this case might spill out but now that won’t be easy for the media since the lawyer of the legislature has told the court to issue the orders to the investigation team to not to give out any details of the case to the media. Is this allowed in the law? Or is this the special status enjoyed by the high profile cases?
