Mickky Pacheco is facing around dozen of cases filed against him in various police stations in Goa, REcently released from the sada jail Mickky is now rolling up his sleeves to get ready for the more to come.

The stars of Mickky are not seemed to be shining anymore with the several numbers of cases raising its head after his release from the Sada jail. Mickky had spent more than four months in the Sada jail for slapping a junior engineer on duty. According to available information, the case of trespass and assault at the south Goa-based casino is coming up on Monday for the order which will decide the fate of Mickky.

According to the sources, the court will be taking the decision over the framing of charges or discharging him from this matter of criminal intimidation and assault case of 2009. The judge Kalpana Gawas will pronounce the order on the charge sheet filed by the police against Mickky Pacheco and its partner in the crime Mathew Diniz of Kentucky restaurant, Colva. Both of them have been charged under sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 352 (assault or criminal force), 506(ii) read with 34 IPC (criminal intimidation).

The complaint was filed by the General Manager of Casino Treasures situated at Majorda in south Goa. The complainant alleged that Mathew Diniz had pushed him against the wall and restrained him by holding his throat. Gerald (the complainant) also claimed that both (Mickky and Diniz) had threatened him with dire consequences. According to the police sources, this scuffle took place out of the prior altercation between the staff of the casino and Pacheco, over the betting limits and rates.

The Judges  does not seem to have soft corner towards Mickky as he had made certain baseless comments against the judiciary and the court had warned him to restrain from making any such comments in future as our judiciary system is one of the ‘biggest pillars of democracy”

The judge will be passing the order based on the reply submitted by the advocate Shrikant Naik and advocate Vivek Naik to the written argument of advocate Winnie Coutinho and PP V G Costa in this case. According to the sources, Pacheco is facing around a dozen of the case filed against him in various police stations and some of them settled and few are still pending.

Coming Monday will decide the fate of Mickky in this case of assault. Mickky may have a long way to go since one more case of an attack on the tiatrist by his alleged supporters / henchman is yet to come up. Normally people learn a lesson after one or two mistakes but, in this case, Mickky seems to be the exception. Let’s wait and watch as what is there stored in his destiny this time.
