Based on the report published in the Mid Day, Mr. Gavaskar has recently invested in a sprawling 5000 sqft ISPRAVA villa, in Assagaon in north Goa. The property is said to the most premium class designed for the upmarket segment. According to the sources, Mr. Gavaskar was in Goa for a short vacation and Goa’s natural beauty made him invest in the second home in the state.
Sunil Gavaskar, the name suggests all. The legend Cricketer and one of the greatest openers of all time had brought the revolution into the Indian Cricket Industry. Mr. Gavaskar broke the record of Sir Don Bradman by scoring the most centuries and became the first player to score 30 test hundreds in the world of cricket before retiring from the Indian Cricket Team. Mr. Gavaskar was also the first batsman to score 10,000 Test runs. And was part of the Indian team that won the World Cup for the first time in 1983.
According to the sources, the premium property Mr. Gavaskar has invested into is the part of ISPRAVA villas situated in the scenic Assagao village in the north Goa. According to the sources, the villa comprises of a large four-bedroom home and will be built on a private plot surrounded by greenery. It includes sprawling lawns and a carefully curated flower garden. The home will be accompanied by a large private pool.
