The third edition of Monsoon Trekking Expedition by the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) will be conducted at Mopa Plateau on Sunday, July 5, 2015. For a total stretch of 5 kilometers, this trek promises to be easy and exciting with breathtaking views of the plateau and surrounding areas. The expedition will begin from a sacred tree grove and explore Mopa plateau, Dhangarwadi, chill out at a nearby waterfall and experience a natural jaccuzzi .
A scrumptious meal will be cooked and served by the villagers. Participants will have to report at Santa Monica Jetty, Panjim at 9.00 am. Registration fee Rs 700 or (RS 600 without food). Interested trekkers are requested to carry along an extra pair of clothes, rainwear, trekking shoes, snacks and binoculars. No smoking and consumption of alcohol will be permitted.
