The politics in Goa has gone to a very next level, wherein everyone is targeting the other and no-one seems to be trusting anybody. The recent breakthrough by Congress leader has brought a new surprise into the media and it is an audio clip allegedly in the voice of the Health Minister Vishwajit Rane. Apparently, junior Rane had denied the allegations saying that he has nothing to do with it, and the voice in the audio clip is not his.

According to the sources, the audio clip which is going viral on the social media in many WhatsApp groups has the voice of health minister of Goa, Vishwajit Rane, but Rane had denied it saying that is not his voice and the high command can do the probe into the audio clip. “Why Goa cabinet will discuss Rafale? Urge Amit Shah to probe into the audio. Will meet CM. Cong frustrated in an election year,” he said.

According to the India TV reports, In a new twist in the Rafale deal saga, the Congress on Wednesday released an audio tape in which, the party claimed, Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Pratapsingh Rane is heard saying all files related to the fighter jet deal with France are in ‘Manohar Parrikar’s bedroom’.

Congress chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala came out with a conversation purportedly between Goa minister Vishwajit Rane and another person.

Vishwajit Rane Talking to Media About Raffail Deal

In the audio clip which has gone viral on all the the social media reportedly has the voice of Goa’s health Minister, Vishwajit Pratapsingh Rane, and he purportedly can be heard saying that during a Goa cabinet meeting last week Parrikar stated he had an entire file and all documents relating to the Rafale deal lying in his bedroom, Surjewala claimed, playing the conversation for the media outside Parliament.

“The chief minister made a very interesting statement, that I have all the information of Rafale in my bedroom….that’s means he is holding them to ransom. He said it is in my bedroom here only in my flat, each and every document on Rafale,” Surjewala quoted Rane as saying.

Meanwhile, the junior Rane had reportedly denied all the allegations saying that the voice clip is doctored and he has not said any such thing to anyone.  “The audio tape is doctored. Congress has stooped to such a low level to doctor a tape to create miscommunication between cabinet CM. Parrikar has never made any reference to Rafale or any documents. Have asked him for a criminal investigation into this,” Rane said.

According to the Zee News reports, This came shortly after Congress demanded answers from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Parrikar’s purported claim that he had a file on Rafale ‘lying in his bedroom’ and asked if this was the reason why a joint parliamentary committee probe was not being ordered.

The Audio clips also say that there is a huge amount of discontent within the coalition government and everyone is targeting others to take up the charge of the party. The main concern at the moment is the replacement of the CM and that may also lead to the dissolution of the cabinet in the near future. What are your views on this news article?
