In one of the most shocking incident, the police inspector Rajesh Job attached to the cyber cell of Goa had been charged by the NRI for having an affair with his wife. In his complaint, the NRI mention that in the year 2013 his wife went to the cyber cell to lodge the complaint of the hacking of his daughter’s Facebook account and the affair began.
According to the sources, this incident has taken a serious turn since police inspector while discharging his duties went to do the act which was unacceptable. According to the news published in The Hindu, Goa police has ordered the preliminary inquiry into the extra-marital affairs complaint lodged against the cyber crime PI Rajesh Job. The complaint was lodged by the NRI husband of a woman who supposedly got involved with PI Job, said the sources.
Police Inspector, Rajesh Job is attached to the Cyber Crime Cell having its office in Ribandar in North Goa. According to the sources, the wife of an NRI who works in Dubai went to Cyber Cell to lodge the complaint of her daughter’s Facebook account that was hacked and from here the love affair of PI Job with the lady started says the report.
When her husband came down to Goa for the good leaving his job in Dubai, he came to know about the love affair of his wife the cyber cell PI Job. He immediately lodged the complaint with the DG office of Goa Police and the DG had instructed the senior police officer to carry out an investigation in this case.
According to the reports published in the Hindu, the Dy Inspector General of Police Vimal Gupta said that, he had received the written complaint addressing to him from NRI and that he had deputed the DySp level officer to conduct the preliminary investigations in this case. “Based on the report, we will decide the future course of action,” Mr. Gupta said.
In the complaint, the NRI had also mentioned that he decided to return to Goa after giving up his job in the Gulf country where he had worked for almost 9 years and on his return, he found out about the unpleasant story of his wife’s extra-marital affair with the Cyber Cell PI Rajesh Job.
According to the sources, the police investigation will bring the truth out and if PI Job is found guilty in this case the police will take stringent action against him. It all depends on the direction of the investigation of the Goa Police and whether they support the accused while doing the investigation.
