This is the perfect example of the negligence of driver that cost three lives and several injuries. Our law does not provide strict action in the accident cases and these culprits escape and get back on the roads to take more lives. If the punishments for this kind of accidents are considered to be 304 section of IPC then people might develop the fear of law and the same person will not be able to come back on the roads to take more lives of the innocent people.
