THEY STARTED EXCHANGING THE MESSAGES AND PHOTOGRAPHS ON MOBILE PHONE. ONE DAY HER PARENTS CAME TO KNOW ABOUT IT, AND WHEN THEY CONFRONTED HER SOME HIGHLY SHOCKING DETAILS SURFACED UP……
Being busy in the work most of the time, parents seek for the private tuitions for their pupils, and since there is an utter scarcity of the tutors, the parents have no option left but to enroll their child to the next available options. But sometimes sending the child for the tuition also becomes a risky business and this story will make above point clear.
According to the reports from the Panaji women’s police station, they have arrested a 22-year-old private tutor named Mufit Khan from his St. Cruz resident on the charges of raping a student who is a minor girl.
According to the police, Khan gives the private coaching to the students in Mathematics subject in a building located outskirts of the city. The victim girl who is an 8th class student had also enrolled with him for the tuitions on Mathematics subject.
The police sources mentioned referring to the complaint loaded in the city police station, that an alleged incident of a rape had occurred in the month of May but the girl’s parents came to know about the same very recently.
The police report further says that the family member of the girl became suspicious when they got their hands on the text messages and photographs exchanged through the mobile phone between the victim girl and the accused.
When the parents confronted their daughter on this issue, she revealed everything. After hearing her ordeal, the parents got the shock of their life, and they immediately approached the police with the complaint about the sexual abuse of their daughter done by the accused.
The Panaji Woman’s police sent the victim girl and the accused for a medical examination at GMC (Goa Medical College) at Bambolim, and subsequently filed an FIR (First Information Report) against the accused Khan, under section 376 (for rape) of the Indian Penal Code and also under Goa Children’s Act.
Meanwhile, according to another Report The accused and a victim girl were staying in the apartments situated in the same complex, and the Aunt of an accused used to give the tuitions to the student, but since the accused is a BCA graduate, he would teach mathematics to the students. Following this case now the police are trying to find out if there are more victims who accused exploited.
