It is unbelievable but it’s true. In one such gruesome incident, the cruelty against animals has come into the light. A man went on the killing spree the dog puppies are clearly seen on the CCTV camera (Video Attached) this incident took place in the wee hours of the day in the green park area in the capital city of India.
