Goa Shipyard Limited in collaboration with Blood Bank, Goa Medical College and JCI, Mormugao, Port Town organized blood donation camp with the theme “Donate blood…save a life” on 9th July 2014. The camp was organized on the eve of Occupational Health Day. RAdm (Retd) Shekhar Mital, NM, CMD, GSL graced the occasion and lauded the efforts put in by the medical team. He complimented the employees for their involvement for the noble cause. He called for creation of voluntary donors list for future reference. 45 employees / officers including CISF personnel donated blood.
