Gang rape is one of the sickest mentalities of the sex maniacs’ exits in our society. The recent case of Nirbhaya is still not forgotten and there is another incident of rape in moving vehicle in India came into the light recently. A 22-year-old girl was allegedly gang raped by an acquaintance and his two friends in a moving car before being dumped in the forest near Ajrada village in UP. According to the information provided by station incharge of Mundali police station “The girl, a resident of Nagina in Bijnor district was found unconscious yesterday in the forests near Ajrada village after being raped by three youths”.

The girl was found by the police in the forest near Ajrada village in uncouncious state, after regaining her consciousness she nattered the incident to the police in charge of the station. According to her statement which she filed in her complain one Wasim had invited her to Ghaziabad for the purpose of securing her job at the meat factory where he apparently works, but subsequently he took her to Meerut in his car where two more friends of him were accompanied him.

The Victim alleged that Wasim offered her a drink laced with sedatives due to which she fell unconscious after consuming it, police said adding to that she was then gang raped and dumped into the forest. The medical examination of the victim has been done and police has registered the FIR against Wasim a resident of Sahrurpur village and his two friends. The further investigation is in progress.

Considering the culprits get caught soon and put behind the bars but what will be the end result will they get the punishment they deserve is a big Question Mark. In India where the rape rate is perhaps the highest that includes the marital rape there is no strict rule is in existence against the rapist in India. Even in the case of Nirbhaya the law took its own course to reach to the verdict but still the rapist are not punished in real sense. Perhaps this is giving the courage to others to perform these sick acts again and again. If you have any suggestion in this please provide it in your comments at the end of this news article.
