The courses are certificate courses.The courses are affiliated with YPAI – yoga and psychotherapy association of India, WCP – world council for psychotherapy, and AFP – Asian federation of psychotherapy. The courses are conducted by M.A – masters in yogic science, teachers qualified from recognized universities.The intensive training course is designed to suit teachers training criteria and enables a student to pursue career as a teacher in yoga.The courses are academicals activities dealing with the theory and practical aspect of yoga. ANHC deals with Ashtanga and Hatya Yoga.
