The latest update on Mickky Pacheco has flashed after long time on the social media and local websites mentioning that Mickky has changed his facebook profile picture. In the picture Mickky has seen chilling out at some unknown place with the expensive mobile phone in his hand.
As alleged by congress GPCC Secretary Durgadas Kamat Mickky Pacheco has done everything to stay out of the jail and evade the arrest. He would appear sometimes when needed to file appeals in the court and without using any electronic gadgets he is changing the fb profile picture. According to Durgadas kamat the police do not have willingness to arrest the law breaker as they are functioning under the guidance of BJP leaders. “By changing the facebook profile picture Mickky has challenged the entire police department and the judiciary system of India. Police have instructed to take the cognizance of this case and arrest the Mickky immediately as he is playing with the law for the past 2 months.
Meanwhile the social worker and advocate Aires Rodrigues has deposed the affidavit in the court that he had informed Colva PI Uttam Raut Desai that the absconding convict Mickky Pacheco was on the earlier day seen at 10 Akbar Road, New Delhi. Adv. Rodrigues has in his affidavit further stated that when the JMFC asked the Colva Police Inspector Uttam Raut Desai who was present in Court whether he needed a search warrant he told the Court ‘give anything’.

Speaking to reporters at the police headquarters, DIG K K Vyaas said that the police had come to understand that the politician had changed his Facebook profile picture and they were investigating into it. “The Cybercrime Cell is inquiring into the details of where, when and how Pacheco had changed the profile picture,” Vyaas said.
