In one of the shocking incident, a 34-year-old youth from Goa died in an accident at Mangalore city. According to the sources, Sarfraz (34) a Native of Goa was on his bike when the speeding bus dashed him from behind. He said to have died on the spot. Read the complete report here.

[su_expand more_text=”READ MORE” less_text=” ” height=”0″ hide_less=”yes” link_style=”button” link_align=”center”] According to the news media website of Mangalore, the “Mangalorean” an incident took place on July 6th when the 34-year-old Sarfraz was traveling on his bike and while he reached near Moti Mahal the speeding bus dashed on his two-wheeler from behind causing the fatal accident in which Sarfaraz was thrown out of his two-wheeler thus causing severe head injuries due to which he died.

According to the eyewitness, the city bus called “YenYes” was traveling at very high speed and when it reached near Moti Mahal it dashed the two-wheeler from behind, the impact was so severe that Sarfraz was thrown out of the bike on the road and due to which he was killed on the spot. Although the sources have also informed that he was immediately rushed to the government hospital but he was pronounced as brought dead by the doctors.

The police were summoned by the people gathered around the accident spot said the sources. According to the sources, the bus driver was in the process of escaping but the people caught him and hand it over to the local police. Police said to have had a tough time to handle the crowd. The crowd was getting out of control and they wanted to punish the driver. But the timely intervention of the local police had ruled out the possibility of ruckus.

According to the sources, the relatives of Sarfaraz said that he had come to Mangalore to celebrate Id-ul-Fitr with his in-laws since his wife is from Mangalore. The sources also said that he was supposed to return back to Goa on the same day when he met with an accident. He used to work at Gulf.

According to the sources, the accidents are a regular affair in the city due to rash and negligent driving of the bus drivers and the people have demanded the solution for this as bus drivers drive in rash and negligent manner and they do not follow any rules and regulations.
