Rape cases in the capital city of India have become very much obvious with no fear of the law remains in the culprits. In one of the recent case, a 21-year-old girl was raped in the moving car on Saturday night. This incident would remind you of the most horrifying incidents of Nirbhaya which took place a few years back whereby the young girl was raped in the moving bus in the capital city of India. [su_expand more_text=”READ MORE” less_text=” ” height=”0″ hide_less=”yes” link_style=”button” link_align=”center”] According to the news published by the national news agency IANS, a 21-year-old girl alleged that she was raped in the moving car on a Saturday night in the capital city of India. The Delhi police have registered the case of kidnapping and rape against the culprits which they have denied to reveal more details.

This incident took place on the night of Saturday in the capital. The victim girl made the call to PCR in wee hours of Sunday. According to the information given by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of police Vijay Kumar to IANS, the PCR (Police Control Room) received the call from a young woman in the early morning of Sunday around 3.30am stating that she was raped in the moving car.

When the police team reached the spot the victim women narrated the story to them stating that, few men took her from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station area in their car and dropped her near Indraprastha Park area in the south Delhi after allegedly raping her. “She said that she was raped in the moving car,” Said the police official.

According to the information, the Delhi police have registered the case against the unknown persons under the sections 365 (Kidnapping) and 376 (rape) of the IPC (Indian Penal Code). Police have however denied revealing any more details in this matter on the grounds of pending investigation.  The police officials told the media that the victim woman is a resident of Jagatpuri area situated in the east Delhi.

The police will do their job and depending on the investigation, if the people involved in the rape are not influential then they might get the punishment but looking at the prevailing trend the chances seem to be weak.
