C.Narasimha Reddy, a native of Sangareddy was pursuing engineering fourth year at BITS Pilani in computer science stream. Engineering is known to be stressful, but the details of his death haven’t been disclosed yet.

The 21-year-old was a student of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Goa. The incident occurred in the campus hostel. According to Reddy’s parents, they spent time with him in his hostel till midnight.

They left for the airport to board a flight to Hyderabad, they are residents of Telangana. The parents called Reddy before boarding the flight, but he did not pick up even after several calls. This caused panic and they knew right away something is not right, so they rushed to his Hostel room when they discovered he had committed suicide by hanging himself.

The case has been registered and the investigation is underway.
