A fatal road accident claims another life innocent life. In this case, a 11-year-old boy, Amandeep Khalko who met with an accident when the tanker he was travelling along with his Father turned turtle in Old Goa, succumbed to his injuries.
Young, 11-year-old Amandeep Khalko was accompanying his father in their tanker on Saturday, when the duo met with an accident when their tanker turned turtle.
According to the Navhind Times, Amandeep, who had suffered injuries in the accident at Gaundalim Old Goa died while undergoing treatment at the GMC Bambolim.
According to this source, Old Goa PI Jivba Dalvi informed that the water tanker which was being driven by his father Imdan Khalko turned turtle.
Amandeep was sitting on the passenger seat. He further stated Imdan reportedly lost control over the vehicle, while it was proceeding towards Old Goa resulting in the accident.
Police further informed the source, that Amandeep and Imdan both were injured and shifted to GMC for medical treatment. However, Amandeep died on Sunday while undergoing treatment.
