Divorce and multiple relations are becoming the way of life now a day. The Indian film industry is following the footsteps of Hollywood. Bollywood (Indian Film Industry) have seen indefinably many breakups and divorces over the decades but out of them, some are really capable enough to take one by surprise.
The recent divorce of Hrithik Roshan & Sussan was one such case which took the whole film industry by surprise. No one could initially believe in the news of their separation. This case also seems to be similar to that. Based on the report published on the Mid-Day, Producer-director and Actor Farhan Akhtar has separated from his wife Adhuna after the 15 years of their marriage.
There were speculations in the media lately about their present relationship status, things seems not going smooth between them. The rumors started skyrocketing when Adhuna was not being seen with Farhan on any special occasions. The recent release of his flick “Wazir” and the calendar launch by Daboo Ratnani Adhuna was not present.
The reports also revealed that the relation between them (Farhan and Adhuna) had been strained and they were drifted apart with the time. However there are also the speculations of Farhan being getting too close to one of his co-stars but there is no evidence to the speculations at the moment.
The Actor-director Farhan Akhtar and his life partner hairstylist Adhuna have mutually and amicably decided to end their 15-year long marriage. They have two children Shakya and Akira who have sustained the news of their separation.
The couple announced that they (Farhan and Adhuna) are separating and they have decided this mutually and amicably. Their children will always remain their priority and they (children) are immensely important to them (Farhan and Adhuna) and as a responsible parent they will protect their children from unwarranted speculations and public glare. They ask for some privacy from the media.
Farhan, 42 married to Adhuna Bhabani, 48 in the year 2000 at that time he was working on his movie project Dil Chahta Hai report says.
